We write and answer in Croatian and English. A person answers, not an automatic system.
Reporting illegal content
Report a listing or a profile with the "Report" button on its page, with or without an account. A message is reported by a participant in the conversation. You can also write to info@komshy.com with:
- the exact link to the content;
- why you believe it is illegal;
- your name and e-mail address;
- a statement in good faith that the information in the report is accurate and complete.
We send a confirmation and our decision to your address.
Complaining about a moderator's decision
If we hid your content or blocked your account and you disagree, write to info@komshy.com within 6 months of the decision. A person reviews the complaint. You can also complain to HAKOM, the Digital Services Coordinator in Croatia.
Consumer complaints
Send a written complaint to Mastris d.o.o., Ulica Ivana Rangera 58, 42000 Varaždin, Croatia, or to info@komshy.com. We answer within 15 days.
